The search and negotiations took quite some time, but Bobby never got frustrated. He created video as for us while we were remote, provided helpful guidance in the negotiations, and coordinated the necessary in person visits we needed. He also arranged the critical services we needed for inspections and contractors for bids necessary to remediate issues found.
